When
we at Mugen Euro launched our retail parts supply programme in 2009 our aims
were to provide Mugen enthusiasts in the UK
with a secure source of supply for genuine authenticated Mugen products, applied
to a recommended retail price list set in UK pounds.
We
are pleased to say that over the past 2 years our customers have enjoyed a stable
UK RRP which has been fixed for 6 months at a time, and has included both shipping
to the UK
and all import duties; despite severely fluctuating currency exchange rates and
ever-increasing shipping and fuel surcharges.
We
feel it is vital for the end-user customer to know at the point of order
exactly how much his purchase is going to cost with no hidden surprises or
uncertainties.
We
also feel that the customer has a right to know when he can expect to receive
his order to fit to his car.
Therefore
during this time we have been continuing our investment into the market, and
developing our supply chain to the point that we now have access to the
ultra-reliable Honda logistics system where our parts are stored in the
warehouse alongside the OEM parts and delivered via the same network to our
authorised retailers - usually next day for ex-stock orders.
Our
financial commitment means we have been able to build a UK stock-holding
of up to £250,000, in addition to the stock held by the retailers, all
available for immediate delivery.
Our
records show that often customers buy complementary parts together at the same
time and so now, as part of our philosophy of continuous review we are able to
offer the following packages of parts for FN2 Civic Type R from our extensive
stocks at a significant discount when compared to buying the parts individually.
